A Historical Overview

Amber Palace, also known as Amer Fort, was originally built in 1592 by Maharaja Man Singh I, a prominent Rajput ruler, and later expanded by his descendants. Located about 11 kilometers from Jaipur, this fortification served as the main residence of the Rajput kings until the capital was shifted to Jaipur.
