Cancelling any experience is as easy and fast as booking one.
We wait eagerly to host you but in case your plan changes, our simple cancellation process assures you quick confirmation and fast refunds.
Cancellation charges are as follows:-
Cancellation Time | Cancellation Fee |
If any booking is cancelled before 4 days of the check-in date | Free Cancellation (100% refund) |
If cancelled within the 4th day to 2nd days before the check-in date | 30% of the booking value on direct channels (App/Web) |
If cancelled after 2nd day before the check-in date | 100% of the booking value on direct channels (App/Web) |
Notes:
∙ Days to be counted preceding the check-in time given in the general policy i.e. 12 PM of the check-in date.
∙ In case you do not show up at the property on the date of check-in, no refund is applicable on the booking.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking using our website or mobile app. You can also email us at [email protected] to cancel your booking. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 14 working days.
